Frankie, a young man of 15, is about to become a father. Looking around at his own life and his friends' lives, Frankie sees no good fathers and is determined to be a good father to his unborn child. Frankie cares for a baby doll to demonstrate his ability to be a father and to provide for his child; although he does so in a not very legal manner.
