An old man happens to have chosen the winning numbers for the local lottery, winning a multi-million dollar prize. Suddenly, he becomes the target of a seemingly petty thief that just happened to be in the store, making his rounds so to say, who holds up the old man, with a gun, demanding the lottery ticket. Gun battles, cover-up plots, and murders ensue as the patrons of the store become involved in a fight for their lives.
Just a note: it is not very often that I happen upon a short of such great value that is not AA winning or anything like that. This was just a lucky find on a blog that I regularly visit. Hopefully you will like it as much as I did. Although, I do have to say, I am a sucker for violence and plot twists so it could be just a personal preference that makes this short so alluring.
